2025 Student Events & Silent Auction

Silent Auction

This fundraiser has become a staple of our annual conference because funds raised through the silent auction support future scholarships for Indigenous scholars and students to attend our conferences. Please fill out this form (multiple submissions are allowed because each item will need a separate submission).

Soundings of Entanglements

Soundings of Entanglements"Soundings of Entanglements" is a captivating photography and art exhibit that explores the intricate web of connections within our world. Through a curated collection of evocative photographs and diverse artistic expressions, the exhibit delves into the subtle and profound relationships that bind us to our environments and each other. By visually capturing and interpreting these 'entanglements,' the exhibit invites viewers to contemplate the entanglements and relatedness that shape our collective experience.

Volunteers

We have reached capacity for volunteers so Volunteer registration is now closed. Thank you to everyone who registered. The conference organizers will be in touch with confirmation of your volunteer status and information on next steps.

Support for the conference can take many forms, from front desk support to AV/video management. Volunteers are encouraged to share ideas and skills for their volunteer hours—for example, if you speak another language, or have videography skills, please note these!

Volunteers who commit to a minimum or 4 or 8 hours of service will be provided with a discount code to allow them to register for the conference at the virtual or in-person rate, respectively, free of charge. Volunteers who have already paid their registration fee will receive a refund. This does not include additional workshops, field trips, or the banquet. Volunteers will have the flexibility to present research, attend sessions, and engage in social events.

Approximately one month before the conference, a short onboarding meeting will be conducted to briefly review the schedule and facilities of the 2025 conference in Lake Tahoe, and outline schedules.
