Session Submissions
If you are interested in proposing an organized session and roundtable, please LOG IN and submit the Conference Session submission form using the link below.
DEADLINE for organized session submissions: November 7 extended to FRIDAY November 14, 2025.
IMPORTANT: This submission form is for organized session or roundtable proposals, NOT individual paper/poster presentations. The submission process for individual papers and posters will begin later in November.
Workshop/Field Trip Submissions
We will host a select number of workshops on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 and post-conference field trips on Saturday, May 23, 2026. If you’re interested in proposing a Wednesday activity, or Saturday Field Trip please LOG IN and submit the Workshop/Field Trip submission form at the link below. Please note that you do not need to be a Society member to propose a workshop or field trip, but you will need to create a login account. Workshop and Field Trip leaders will receive a Conference Registration Waiver.
