There are no restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the Montreal Botanical Garden where the conference is being held. PLEASE pre-purchase a lunch option from the Botanical Garden Restaurant by May 1, 2017 using this form. This is the only way to ensure that there will be food available for you during the short conference lunch break, as it is the only on-site option. (In the evenings there will be other options further afield that can be reached by public transportation).
NOTE: We are requiring advanced purchase of meals provided by Sewanee due to the absence of nearby restaurants. There will be no option to purchase meal plans at the venue. Meals included are breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

During the days of scientific sessions there will be coffee/tea breaks in mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Lunches and suppers are on your own in most cases, except for the opening reception, mentor lunch, and banquet. Fortunately, there are LOTS of excellent options for food. There are dining options within the Memorial Union and beer, brats, and popcorn available on its iconic lakeside terrace.
