Incline Village is about an hour drive from the airport. There are rental car options as well as a paid shuttle service called the North Lake Tahoe Express (NLTE).
Several national airlines operate flights to McCarran International Airport. From Las Vegas, Cedar City is a 3-hour drive.
St. George Municipal Airport (SGU)
Delta Airlines operates daily flights between St. George and Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). This airport is approximately 1 hour by car from Cedar City.
During the days of scientific sessions there will be coffee/tea breaks in mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Lunches and suppers are on your own in most cases, except for the opening reception, mentor lunch, and banquet. Fortunately, there are LOTS of excellent options for food. There are dining options within the Memorial Union and beer, brats, and popcorn available on its iconic lakeside terrace.
