1 Underemployed means professionals earning less than the equivalent of USD$2,000/month.
2 Who does that include? Individuals who come from non-white non-European communities who are historically underrepresented in academia. We do not require formal documentation or official affiliation with a tribe to register with the Indigenous registration rate.
All fees are in US dollars. There is no registration fee for caregivers.
Meal Plan Options and Pricing
NOTE: We are requiring advanced purchase of meals provided by Sewanee due to the absence of nearby restaurants. There will be no option to purchase meal plans at the venue. Meals included are breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Friday dinner is the Banquet dinner, and there will be no additional cost to join.

Refunds will only be granted according to the following guidelines:
- Registration+Meal Plans & Fieldtrips: 30 days prior to the start date of the conference
- Requests for Refunds should be sent to treasurer@ethnobiology.org.
Visa/Invitation Letter Requests
You are required to LOG IN to access the Visa/Invitation Letter Request Form. If you do not have a user account you may CREATE one. *NOTE: You will be required to validate your account request by clicking the log in link in the "Account details" email you will receive when you register.
