IMPORTANT: Only the Sewanee Inn and university dorms are a walkable distance to venues; any other accommodation will require a car to reach campus.
The University of the South Dorm Rooms: Humphreys Hall
(Adults 18+ only)
Humphreys Hall has a mix of suite-style rooms consisting of single or double rooms in a variety of sizes. All rooms include linens, are carpeted, and have enclosed blinds in the dual-pane windows. Singles are arranged in suites with a furnished living room and shared bathroom. Double-occupancy rooms have two twin XL beds and are connected with a shared suite-style bathroom. There are a small number of rooms with private bathrooms. All bathrooms include two sinks with countertop and lighted mirror, shower and a toilet. See floor plans.

Amenities: Common areas include two cable TV rooms, a large living room with an expansive stone fireplace, five study rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and outdoor spaces that include a large front porch complete with rocking chairs and a patio and grill for outdoor dining and relaxing. The laundry room on the ground floor has four washing machines, five dryers, and an ironing board. Humphreys Hall is air-conditioned.
