Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (or, Montréal–Trudeau)

Transportation from the Montreal airport. 

A taxi from the airport costs $40 plus tip. 

Public transit from the airport is via the 747 bus and costs $10.  Buy your ticket from the fare vending machines on the arrivals level of the airport; your ticket gives you unlimited access to the STM (public transit) network in Montreal for 24 hours.  

Directions to the Hotel Universel are as follows: Take the 747 to the first stop, Lionel-Groulx metro station.  Enter the metro station and take the green line (direction Honoré-Beaugrand) to Viau Station.  From there, walk 975 meters to the Hotel Universel.  For more information, consult the STM website at: www.stm.info/en
