Free parking on campus! When flying in to Las Vegas International Airport, you can choose to rent a car or take a shuttle. We will not have shuttle service from any of the housing venues to the conference, but some are within walking distance. If you have an ADA need please contact conference@ethnobiology.org for accommodations. The conference will be located at the Sharwan Smith Student Center.

To book your room(s) at the special group rate, call the Abbey Inn & Suites directly at 435-586-9966 or 1-800-325-5411. Mention you are coming for the Society of Ethnobiology Conference and would like to book at the group rate. Book by April 19, 2021.
ECCLES/CAMPUS DORMS
(Distance to Sharwan Smith Student Center = .4 mi or 500 meters)
The Eccles suites consist of six bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a communal living room and kitchen. These rooms provide the opportunity for privacy while also allowing conference attendees to get to know each other.

- You’ll need to provide your name, phone number, and billing address
- $50/night for single room, $25/night for double
- When you check-in to housing, you’ll get your room key, a parking permit, and the wi-fi information.
- If you get locked out of your room or the building, it’s a $5 fee
- After the conference is over, you’ll receive an invoice from SUU Guest Services which can be paid in person, over the phone, or online. It will be due 15 days after the invoice is sent.
