Reserved Rooms. The cost is $82.00 per night per room (includes a breakfast and up to 4 per room). Our block of rooms each are non-smoking with 2 double beds. As many as 4 persons may stay in each room at the same cost. A continental breakfast is provided for all guests and a meeting room is available if needed. To assure this discount price, members must make their reservations by March 15, 2012.

Shuttle Service. Included in the $82.00 per room charge is shuttle service (2 nine-person shuttles) that La Quinta Inn will provide to transport our society members to and from the Denver Botanic Garden. These 2 shuttles will run every half on the half hour for 2 hours in the morning (6:30 - 8:30) from the La Quinta to the Garden and for 2 hours in the evening (4:30 - 6:30). A shuttle from the Denver Botanic Garden will also be used to transport members from hotels to the Garden events.

Both The Holiday Inn Select and La Quinta hotels are fairly close to the Cherry Creek Shopping District (restaurants and shops). They are also within 5 miles of the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, the Denver Art Museum and the Denver Zoo.
