We have arranged a block of rooms at a hotel that is near the conference venue. Please follow the booking procedures below. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES:

Reservations can be made directly on an individual basis by calling our toll-free number 1-800-567-0223.  This number is accessible everywhere in Canada and in the United States.  People from overseas can reserve by using our direct line at (514)253-3365.  It is important, at the moment of the reservation, to mention the name of the following room block:

When making reservations, a guarantee of payment will be required by credit card. In the case that the participant doesn’t have a credit card, the room will be guarantee the same day till 4:00pm. After 4:00pm, the hotel as the right to return the room into inventory. Upon arrival of the participant at the hotel, a deposit corresponding to the total accommodation fees (including taxes) + a 150$/day for a security deposit will be due.

In the eventuality that a participant needs to cancel his room reservation, the hotel must be informed at the latest, by 4pm the day of arrival.  If no notice is received, a penalty of one night (including all taxes) will be charged on the participant’s credit card (no show).
