All sessions at the Society of Ethnobiology’s 47th Annual Conference in 2026 will be presented both in-person and shared via Zoom for virtual presenters and attendees from May 20–23, 2026. Pre-recorded presentations will be submitted to session organizers prior to the conference and shared during the session via screen sharing on Zoom. Presentations will be recorded on Zoom, and made available to conference attendees for a defined period following the conference, but you will have the opportunity to OPT OUT OF RECORDING when you submit your abstract. Links to session recordings and individual pre-recorded presentations will be made available on a private page of the Society’s website during the conference and until Jun 23, 2026. As a presenter, your image, presentation materials, and audio will be viewable only by conference registrants.

The Society of Ethnobiology (SoE) is committed to intellectual property policies and practices that promote authorial and institutional control of scholarly assets. As such, intellectual property and copyright within presentations and any presentation-related documents remain with the author. SoE will have license to the content until Jun 23, 2026, 23:59 (GMT-7:00).
