Conference Registration Information

General abstract submission (papers, posters, and story telling) and conference registration (including workshops and special events) will open Nov. 5, 2018 and will close Jan. 15, 2019 Jan 31, 2019.

*Awards are still due Jan 15, recipients will be notified by Feb 1 and the awards will be announced publicly by Feb 8, 2019.

There is no registration fee for caregivers.

 Refunds will only be granted according to the following guidelines:
  • Registration & Fieldtrips: 30 days prior to the start date of the conference
  • Banquet: 14 days prior to the start date of the conference
  • Requests for Refunds should be sent to treasurer@ethnobiology.org.
