2017 Conference Registration Information
Online registration for the Society of Ethnobiology 40th Annual Meeting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is now closed. Please come to the registration table at the conference to register in person. We can accept credit card and US checks for payment.
Conference registration this year includes a ticket to the Society Banquet on Friday evening. (Space may be limited for the banquet, so please register early! Additional banquet tickets, sold separately, will be made available at a later date.)
Early bird registration fees* are available until 22 January 2017:
| Early Bird Professional Member | $130 |
| Early Bird Student Member | $75 |
After 22 January 2017 registration fees will be:
| Professional Member | $150 |
| Student Member | $85 |
*All fees are in $US.
Refunds will only be granted according to the following guidelines:
- Registration & Fieldtrips: 30 days prior to the start date of the conference
- Banquet: 14 days prior to the start date of the conference
- Requests for Refunds should be sent to treasurer@ethnobiology.org.
Visa/Invitation Letter Requests and Conference Waivers
Visa/Invitation Letter Requests and Conference Fee Waiver Applications are due January 15, 2017.
