All room rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are net non-commissionable. Room rates are subject to applicable taxes in effect at the time of check-in, currently 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 10% Provincial Room Tax (PST), and are subject to change without notice.
There is no charge for children under 18 years of age, sharing adult’s room, with existing bedding – maximum 4 persons per room.
Check in time starts at 4:00 pm. Check out time is until 12:00 noon. Please note that late checkouts will be subject to a half-day rate based on the rate of the day.
Reservations will be made by Individual Guests… Individual attendees may call the Victoria Marriott Inner Harbour directly at 250-480-3800 (local) or toll-free in Canada and USA at 1-866-306-5451. In order to receive the group rate, please advise delegates to inform reservations that they are with the Society of Ethnobiology. Reservations must be booked before Monday, 22 March, 2010 in order to receive the group rate.
Important: Individual guests will be charged first night’s room and tax if cancellations are received 7 days or less prior to arrival.
